PART VII - REPEAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Section 42. Transfer of funds.
Subject to the provisions of this Enactment, any money standing in or due to be paid to the Baitulmal Fund established under section 17 of the Administration of Islamic Law Enactment 1977 shall on the appointed date be transferred to the fund established under section 20 of this Enactment.
