Section 99. Appeal from decision of Registrar.
(1) Any person aggrieved by an order, act, refusal or ommission of the Registrar may within fourteen days from the date thereof appeal to the Majlis.
(2) The Majlis may order the Registrar to do or refrain from doing any act which ought in the circumstances to have been done or omitted to be done and may make such other order as justice may require, including an order for rectification of any register of marriages.
