PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 4. Savings of civil and religions liberties.

(1) Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the rights and powers of the Civil Courts.

(2) Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the rights declared and set forth in the proviso to Article V of the First Part of the Laws of the Constitution of Pahang.
