CHAPTER I - OF INFORMATION TO JUDGE AND RELIGIOUS ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Section 8. Public, when to assist Judge, etc.

Every person is bound to assist a Judge, Religious Enforcement Officer or police officer, reasonably demanding his aid—

(a)

in the taking or preventing the escape of any other person whom such Judge, Religious Enforcement Officer or police officer is authorized to arrest; or

(b)

in the prevention of a breach of the peace arising from the arrest and detention of such person.
