PART V - PROCEDURE-GENERAL
Section 25. Recorded evidence of witness not able to attend.
The Court may if it appears likely that any intended witness in any proceedings will not be able to give evidence at the trial or hearing, record the evidence of such witness in writting to be used at the trial or hearing:
Provided that no such evidence shall be used at the trial or hearing unless the other party to the proceedings had been given every opportunity to attend, and to cross examine the said witness at the recording of the evidence.
