PART V - OFFENCES
Section 95. Fornication with non-Muslim.
(1) Any male Muslim who has sexual intercourse with a woman who is a non-Muslim, such sexual intercourse not amounting to the offence of rape, shall be guilty of an offence of fornication and on conviction shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
(2) Any female Muslim who has sexual intercourse with a man who is a non-Muslim, such sexual intercourse not amounting to an offence of rape, shall be guilty of an offence of fornication and on conviction shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
