PART II - CONSTITUTION OF MAJLIS

Section 6. Majlis to be a corporation

The Majlis shall be a body corporate under the name of "Majlis Ugama Islam dan Adat Resam Melayu Pahang", having perpetual succession and a corporate seal, and the said seal may from time to time be broken, changed, altered and made anew as to the Majlis seem fit. Until a seal is provided under this Section, a stamp bearing the inscription "Majlis Ugama Islam Pahang" may be used as the corporate seal.
