PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE


Section 15. Seal.

(1) Every Court shall have and use such seal or stamp as His Royal Highness the Sultan shall approve.

(2) Process of such Court shall issue under the seal of the Court and authenticated by the Court's Registrar or Qadhi.
