PART XXXIII – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 253. Islamic Law.
(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provisions under this Enactment which is inconsistent with the Islamic Law shall, to the extent of inconsistency, be void.
(2) In the event of a lacuna or in the absence of any matter not expressly provided for by this Enactment the Court shall apply the Islamic Law.
