PART VII - OFFENCES

Section 134. Offences for which the punishment is not specified.

Any offence under this Enactment or under the rules made thereunder for which no punishment is expressly provided shall, on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
