PART VI - FINANCIAL Zakat dan Fitrah
Section 77. Appeal.
(1) Any person may appeal to the Majlis against any claim on payment of zakat or fitrah made on him.
(2) Majlis shall consider the appeal and may order that the person pay the amount of zakat or fitrah claimed on him, or any lesser amount as the Majlis deems fit, or may order that the person is not required to pay zakat or fitrah, or either one of it in a particular year or years.
(3) The decision of the Majlis towards the appeal shall be conclusive and shall not be questioned in any Court.
