Section 119. Exhibits.

(1) Document put in evidence and accepted shall be marked and unless the Court shall otherwise order, they shall or copies thereof shall be retained in Court during the pendency of the proceedings and until the time for appeal has expired.

(2) Documents put in evidence but rejected shall also be marked.
