PART XXIX – COSTS, ALLOWANCES AND COURT FEES
Section 215. Subsistence and traveling.
In addition to any of the sums payable under section 213 and 214 party or witness may be allowed reasonable subsistence and travelling expenses in respect of his attendance at the trial or hearing.
