Section 1. Short title and commencement.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Court Evidence (State of Malacca) Enactment 2002


(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by notification in the Gazette.
