PART III - APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES AND JURISDICTION OF SYARIAH COURTS
Section 10. Registrars.
The Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, on the advice of the Chief Syarie Judge, may appoint from amongst members of the Terengganu State public service a Chief Registrar of the Syariah Appeal Court, a Registrar of the Syariah High Court, and Assistant Registrars of the Syariah Subordinate Courts.
