PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title and commencement.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Courts Enactment 1992 and shall be applicable in the State of Sabah only.

(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
