Section 132. Malis to prescribe forms, certificates and fees.

(1) The Majlis shall prescribe the forms of registers to be kept, certificates to be issued and fees to be paid under sections 116, 121, 122, 123 and 129 of this Enactment.

(2) All fees collected under the provisions of this Part of this Enactment shall be disposed of as the Majlis may direct.
