Section 125. When witness need not be examined.
A Judge is not required to examine any witness who had been shown to be just in a previous proceeding when he becomes a witness before the same Judge in the latter proceeding if the interval in time between the two proceedings does not exceed six months. If the interval in time between the two proceedings exceeds six months the Judge shall make the examination again.
