Section 28. Delegation of duties and powers.

(1) The Majlis may, by resolution, and subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Majlis thinks fit, delegate to the Chairman or the Secretary or to any committee or officers of the Majlis the performance of any of its duties or the exercise of any of its powers.

(2) The performance of duties and the exercise of powers is pursuance of a delegation under subsection (1) shall be subject to the control and direction of the Majlis.

(3) The Chairman, Secretary, or committee shall inform the Majlis of all acts and things done by him or by the committee is pursuance of a direction under subsection (1).

(4) No delegation made under this section shall exclude the Majlis frrom carrying out or exercise by itself any of the duties, powers or responsibility so delegated.
