Section 40. Payment and recovery of fine.
(1) When imposing a fine upon a person convicted of an offence, the Court may give such person time within which to pay or allow such person to pay by instalments.
(2) The provisions hereinafter provided for the execution of civil judgments shall apply to the recovery of fines imposed by any Court.
