Section 34. Meeting of the Jamaah Ulama'.
(1) The Mufti shall be chairman of the meeting of the Jamaah Ulama' and in his absence the Timbalan Mufti and in his absence the members present may elect from among themselves the chairman of the meeting.
(2) The 'chairman and two thirds of the members of the Jamaah Ulama' shall form a quorum for carrying on the meeting.
(3) The Jamaah Ulama' may, subject to this Enactment and the approval of the Majlisdetermine its own procedure and action.
