PART III - APPOINTMENTS
Section 10. Appointment of Kathi and Assistant Kathis.
(1) The Ruler may after consultation with the Majlis, by notification in the Gazette, appoint a suitable person to be the Kathi of the State and such other persons as are suitable to be Assistant Kathis of such areas as may in the said notification be specified.
(2) A notification made under sub-section (1) shall specify the period during which an appointment is to be held.
(3) The Ruler may by notification in the Gazette revoke any appointment made under sub-section (1).
