PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN 'ADAT MELAYU PERAK

Section 10. Power to borrow.

(1) The Majlis may, with the approval of the State Executive Council on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the State Executive Council and subject to the consent of Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, borrow such sums as it may require for discharging any of its functions under this Enactment.

(2) Sums borrowed by virtue of subsection (1) shall be paid into the Baitumal.
