PART III - REGISTRATION OF SCHOOLS

Section 7. Matters for consideration by the Registrar before decision.

For the purpose of considering an application under section 6, the Registrar shall take into consideration the following matters:

(a)

the suitability of the school or the building on the grounds of health and safety;

(b)

the source of finance to maintain the school;

(c)

the necessity to build another school within the same area;

(d)

the use of the school shall not be for purposes which may be detrimental to the interest of the State or the Federation; and

(e)

other matters as he deems fit to be considered for the approval of the application.
