PART II - THE MAJLIS UGAMA ISLAM NEGERI SABAH AUTHORITY IN RELIGIOUS MATTERS
Section 34. Authority of Mufti.
The Mufti shall aid and advise the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in respect of all matters of islamic Law, and in all such matters shall be the supreme authority in the State of Sabah after the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, and the Yang di-Pertua Negeri except where otherwise provided for in this Enactment.
