PART III - JURISDICTION OF SYARIAH COURT

Section 16. Appeal not to operate as stay.

(1) An Appeal under this Enactment shall not operate as a stay of the order unless the Court orders otherwise.

(2) In staying an order, the Court may impose such conditions as it thinks fit.
