Section 247. Transitional provision for cases still before the Court.

For the purpose of the disposal of cases and matters still before the court and, remaining undisposed at the time of the coming into force of this Enctment, the provisions relating to procedure in this Enactment shall as far as possible be applied unless it occasions a failure of justice.
