CHAPTER 3 - AFFIDAVITS

Section 112. Making of affidavit.

An affidavit to be used in any proceedings in Court shall be sworn—

(a) in the State of Malacca, before any Syariah Judge or Registrar;

(b) in a State of Malaysia, before the Syariah Judge or Registrar, as the case may require; or

(c) at any place outside Malaysia, before any Muslim officer of the Malaysian Embassy or, High Commission, or Consulate or Permanent Mission, thereat authorized to administer oath.
