Section 23. Powers of the President.

(1) The President shall have general control of all deliberations and proceedings of the Majlis and shall be responsible therefor to the Ruler.

Channel of communication

(2) All communications from the Majlis to the Ruler shall be forwarded through the Mentri Besar or State Secretary as the Ruler may direct.
