Section 22. Borrowing power.
The Corporation may from time to time borrow any amount of money required by the Corporation to settle any of its liabilities and to perform any of its duties provided that the period and the manner of repayment and other matters shall not be contrary to Hukum Syarak and that the approval of the Minister shall have been obtained.
