PART XIX - EXECUTION
Section 145. Funds in Court.
Money, invested funds or other property, the property of a judgment debtor in the Court which gave the judgment may, if an order for execution has been made, be applied by leave of the Court towards satisfaction of the judgment debt. Investments and property other than money may for such purpose be ordered to be sold.
