PART XXXII - APPEAL TO THE APPEAL COURT

Section 246. Execution of judgment on appeal.

When either party has extracted the order of the Court of Appeal on any appeal and has produced the order to the Court of Kadi appealed from, the Court of Kadi shall execute the order in accordance with the provisions of this Enactment.
