PART XVII – HEARING
Section 120. Addresses.
(1) Each party may, before calling evidence, open his case. The plaintiff has the right to begin.
(2) Each party may sum up his case after conclusion of the evidence, but the party who begins shall have the last word, whether or not any other party has called evidence.
