Section 144. Instigation.

Whoever instigates the wife or the husband of anyone and the spouses cease to remain faithful to each other whether due to such instigation or not, shall be guilty or an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term nit exceeding fifteen days.
