PART XXX - COSTS, ALLOWANCES AND COURT FEES
Section 224. Costs discretionary.
Subject to these Parts and Sections, costs of all proceedings shall be in the discretion of the Court. The Court may award costs of proceedings file in that Court although it has no jurisdiction to determine such proceedings.
