PART VIII - FITRAH
Section 56. Persons liable to pay fitrah.
Payment of fitrah shall be made by the person who is liable to pay to the Amil 2 kilogrammes and 250 grammes of rice or the equivalent value in money in respect of himself and of each person for whose payment he is responsible.
