PART II - RELIGIOUS COURTS

Section 22. Courts to be opened.

(1) Subject to sub-section (2), every trial or hearing in Court shall be held in public.

(2) A Court may, if it is satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, order that the whole of any proceeding or part thereof shall take place in a closed Court.
