PART IV - PROCEEDINGS IN PROSECUTION CHAPTER VIII - COMPLAINTS TO JUDGE
Section 74. Dismissal of complaint.
(1) The Judge before whom a complaint is made may dismiss the complaint if, after examining the complainant and recording the his examination amd considering the result of the inquiry (if any) made under section 73, there is, in his judgement, no sufficient ground for proceeding.
(2) The Judge, if he dismisses the complaint, shall record his reasons for so doing.
