Section 111. Attendance at mosque.

Any male persons of the age of eighteen years or over who fails to attend prayers on Friday at a mosque shall be punished with a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.

Provided that no offence shall be committed by any such person if his failure to attend such prayers is excusable under Muslim Law.
