Section 15. Temporary appointment.
In the event of the temporary absence or incapacity of any Member of, or the Secretary to, the Majlis, His Highness may appoint a person to act temporarily on his behalf. Such temporary appointment shall determine on the substantive holder giving notice to the President of resumption of his duties of his appointment.
