When Opinion of Third Persons is Qarinah

Section 39. When grounds of opinion are qarinah.

Whenever the opinion of any living person is qarinah, the grounds on which his opinion is based are also qarinah.

An expert may give an account of experiments performed by him for the purpose of forming his opinion.
