PART VI – SERVICE
Section 34. Address for service.
Every plaintiff and every person filing any document in any proceedings (other than any officer of a Court acting as such) and any other person ordered by Court so to do shall give an address for service in Sabah:
Provided that if any such plaintiff, or person is represented by a Peguam Syarie the adress of the Peguam Syarie shall be the address for service.
