PART VII - MISCELLANEOUS

Section 34. Institution of prosecution.

(1) No prosecution for or in relation to any offence under this Enactment shall be instituted except by or with the written consent of the Director.

(2) The Registrar, Deputy Registrar or any person authorised in writing by the Director may conduct such prosecution under this Enactment.
