Section 52. Wakaf and nazr property.
As soon as possible after the 31st December in every year, the Majlis shall prepare, issue and publish in the Gazette a list if all properties, investments and assets vested in the Mjalis subject to any trust, wakaf and nazr, and no forming part of the Baitulmal Fund.
