PART VI – SERVICE
Section 42. Special cases.
(1) Where any person under disability is to be served, service shall be made on his guardian ad litem, if any, or if there is no guardian, on the person with whom he resides or under whose care he is. The Court may order that service upon the person under disability shall be deemed to be good service.
(2) A person in prison shall be served by serving on the officer-in- charge of the prison, who shall cause the proceeding to be transmitted to him.
(3) Service on any member of the Armed Forces is good service if it made on the commanding officer or adjutant of his audit, who shall cause the proceeding to be transmitted to him.
