Section 15. Termination of appointment.

The appointment of any member of the Majlis and of the Secretary shall terminate-

(a)

if he by letter addressed to His Royal Highness the Sultan through the President resigns from his appointment;

(b) if he shall be absent from Malaysia without written permission from the President for a period exceeding three months; or

(c) if he is certified to be insane.
