PART VI - MISCELLANEOUS

Section 24. Majlis may direct prosecution.

(1) The Majlis may direct any prosecution for any offence under this Enactment or any rules made thereunder.

(2) Registrar, deputy Registrar, and any person duly authorised in writing by the Majlis may conduct any such prosecution.
