Section 111. Using wakaf property without authority.

Any person who trespasses, occupies, uses or enjoys any wakaf property or any charitable property which is under the control of the Majlis without the written authority of the President, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
