Section 57. Seal of Syariah Court.

(1) The Syariah Appeal Court, Syariah High Court and Syariah Subordinate Court shall have and use such seal or stamp as His Royal Highness the Sultan shall approve.

(2) All documents issued by any of the Syariah Courts shall be under the seal or stamp of such Syariah Court and signed by any appropriate officer mentioned under subsection (1) of section 46.
