(1) All regulations, rules, proclamations, orders, notices, forms, authorization letters and appointments issued or made under the previous Enactment in relation to matters provided for in this Enactment shall remain in force, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Enactment, until revoked or replaced by regulations, rules, proclamations, orders, notices, forms, authorization letters or appointments issue or made under this Enactment.
(2) Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceedings of such case or matter to the extent that it causes no injustice.
